Klaus Jung
Biography
Klaus Jung is an artist, educated at Kunstakademie Düsseldorf and after 20 years abroad now based again in Düsseldorf.
He has been leading a number of Higher Art Education Institutions across Europe: Kunstakademiet i Trondheim, Kunsthøgskolen i Bergen, Glasgow School of Art/School of Fine Art. Since 2009 he is Rector of Kunsthochschule für Medien Köln.
Klaus Jung has been involved with ELIA for many years as a member of the executive group and as vice-president.
As an artist he investigates pictures as digital images in emancipating relations to each other and to unidentified stories.
